"Terrible experience with the service"
I'm here to share my thoughts after spending over an hour and a half in our office with three coworkers, just staring at a blank screen. Launch27 has been down since 7:30 PM yesterday. Prior to that, it went offline four times at the start of the workday for at least half an hour each time, supposedly for maintenance. On Friday, September 18th, we faced nearly four hours of downtime right in the afternoon. To make matters worse, we can’t even handle our accounting due to the recent changes in .csv exports, and when the booking form is back up (if it ever is, haha), it’ll have some text in English that we can’t edit, which is a problem since we’re in a French-speaking area. We're really at our wits' end, wasting time and energy while support makes us feel like all this hassle is worth way more than what we pay monthly for the tool.

"Launch27 is Amazing!"
Since 2015, I've been running a cleaning business, and I gotta say, Launch27 has made a huge difference! It offers a straightforward booking system for my clients, making it easy to schedule and process payments. "Generally Satisfied Overall"
I'm generally satisfied overall. That said, I ain't too keen on the updates that keep rolling out every few months along with all the changes. Sure, updates and new features can be cool, but some of the tweaks and changes in how things work just ain't ideal. I end up wasting time figuring out where a specific button or function has gone. For example, the availability icon used to sit on the main sidebar, but in the latest update, it got shifted to the settings page. It feels like when things are running smoothly, you folks go and change it without any heads-up or input from us. Aside from this annoyance, everything else is pretty good.

"So thankful to have discovered Launch …"
I’m really thankful to have discovered Launch 27. Their automated booking system and support setup is just what I had in mind. No kidding. The support crew is always improving and keeping clients in the loop about these updates. The apps for managing business and its staff have been super useful for me. Right now, I can’t picture using any other platform for my cleaning and organizing venture. Honestly, there are other businesses I’m working on where I wish I could use L27 because they truly get what it means to be a fully automated operation. No joke.

"Tons of potential waiting to be tapped"
This platform has loads of potential, but man, the development pace is really dragging, and a lot of the most wanted features are missing. The team is awesome and the mission is strong, but I’m just looking for a service that offers the features that align with what I'm paying.

"Launch 27 is awesome"
Launch 27 is awesome, but I gotta say, I really dislike how frequently things change. I like to get used to a site and just roll with it. Honestly, there are hardly any updates that are necessary. We’ve got plenty on our plates with client demands, scheduling, and all that jazz, so having to relearn something that was already working fine is a bit of a hassle. That’s my one and only gripe.

"My experience with L27 over the past 3 years..."
I've been using L27 for roughly three years now, and I gotta say, the software is fantastic. Not only do I make excellent use of the product, but their tech support has been a lifesaver. It's been really helpful having someone on hand to assist with any troubleshooting problems. Much appreciated!

"User Requirements Still Pending..."
The user requirements have been sitting at the top for ages, just waiting to be developed. Launch27 finally rolled out some updates, but honestly, nobody seems to care.

- Discount codes should only apply to new customers, not the regulars.
- Make those codes valid for certain booking dates only.
- We need to block or blacklist troublesome customers from making reservations.
- Conditional logic would be great—more options based on what folks picked before.
- Let’s make ratings shareable on Facebook, Twitter, and the like.

- The software is easy to navigate, needing minimal time to get the hang of it.
- The company keeps enhancing the product by listening to what customers have to say.
- It costs a bit more than similar options, especially if you're already set up. They do offer some budget-friendly packages, though they might still be a stretch for smaller businesses, but with a bit of effort, they can manage.
- Customer support is super quick to respond. No problems at all.

"Happy to see you profiting from beta software"
This program really needs a project manager who knows how to tackle relevant tasks effectively. The way you vote on important features is just silly. If there's a significant bug, it should be addressed promptly. Issues that lead your clients to avoid using the software shouldn't take ages and endless reminders to resolve.

"Lack of Live Assistance"
There's no live support available, just a chat box. We're facing some serious problems with our scheduling. Our team consists of 8 folks, and we handle around 80-100 houses weekly. First off, we’re worried about customers trying to reschedule to a time that’s already booked, and the software doesn’t seem to catch which slots are free or taken. Secondly, when a client wants to change their appointment, their usual service is 4 hours, but the system only lets them book for 2 hours. It doesn’t take into account that they’re regulars on a 4-hour cycle for each service.

"User-Friendly Software with Excellent Support"
I can't say enough good things about this company. They have a really modern approach to their operations, which involves gathering feedback from clients and making changes based on what users say. I'm always excited for new updates because that signals that enhancements are on the way. The calendar and scheduling features are the easiest to use compared to other programs; I've tried four different ones before this. Additionally, the app tools I use with my contract workers make communication a breeze! I can easily assign unfilled jobs to any available workers with just a click. This software has truly transformed my business. I absolutely love Launch27.
